and abilities. This session will introduce
the new Utah Leadership Development
Program and other government opportunities
for you to fulfill your destiny as a
leader. Participants will be able to measure
their own leadership potential by
completing the OPM Leadership 360
(tm) self-rating form, which assesses the
5 Executive Core Qualifications, the
Fundamental Competencies, and the 28
leadership competencies necessary for
successful performance as a Federal
manager.

FEW’s Legislative Program -Cecelia
Davis
The legislative program seeks to both pro-actively and defensively monitor urgent legislative proposals in order to assess the effect on federally employed women and establish close communication with Members of Congress and the Administration to promote the needs and concerns of women in the federal service.
Cecelia Davis is FEW’s Vice President for Congressional Relations. Cecelia’s federal job is Procurement Analyst in the Office of the Chief Acquisition Officer at the General Services Administration (GSA). She has served as FEW’s LATIMER Chapter’s President, Vice President and Treasurer, chaired the Legislative Committee at the Chapter and Regional levels and the 35th Anniversary Celebration’s Legislative Breakfast Committees. She received the Chapter Merit Award from the LATIMER Chapter and the Alice Blackburn Regional Award from the DC Metro Region. Cecelia holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina and an M.S. in Public Administration from American University, Washington, DC.
